Professional Swim School and Club Management Platform
SwimFlow is a powerful cloud platform designed to help swim schools and competitive clubs manage swimmers, coaches, lessons, competitions, and finances in one unified system.
What SwimFlow Does
From the first lesson to the final race, SwimFlow handles the admin so you can focus on coaching.
Build your weekly timetable — days, times, capacity and assigned coaches in one place.
Mark each swimmer present, late or absent and issue catch-up credits automatically.
Give coaches a portal with access codes to run their classes and track swimmer progress.
Parents log in with a unique code to view attendance, schedule, skill progress and payments.
Send invoices and accept EFT and card payments via Paystack; track what's paid or overdue.
Log race times, track personal bests and set performance goals for competitive swimmers.
Before SwimFlow, I taught swimming and watched school owners juggle spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper registers long after the pool closed. I built SwimFlow to give swim schools one calm place to run lessons, attendance, payments and parent communication — so owners spend less time on admin and more time at the pool.
