By accessing or using SwimFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Admin subscriptions are billed at R950/month. Parent club subscriptions are R90 per swimmer per month. Payments are due on your selected billing date with a 1-day grace period.
SwimFlow must be used only for legitimate swim school management purposes. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to compromise the platform are strictly prohibited.
You retain ownership of all data you input into SwimFlow. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide our services.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data before account closure.
