In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA)
This notice applies to all South African users of SwimFlow and is issued in compliance with POPIA.
SwimFlow (Pty) Ltd acts as the Responsible Party in terms of POPIA for all personal information processed through the SwimFlow platform.
Personal information is collected and processed for the purpose of providing swim school management services, including swimmer registration, attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and financial management.
We process the following categories: names and contact details, date of birth (of minors), financial information, performance data, and health-related information relevant to swimming.
SwimFlow processes personal information of children (minor swimmers). We require explicit parental/guardian consent and process this information only to provide the requested swim school services.
You have the right to access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, object to processing, and request deletion of your information where legally permissible.
